Douglas S. Pepper

Douglas Pepper joined Sensient in December 2005 as Chief Financial Officer of the Color Group. In September 2007, he was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources, and in February 2008 he was elected Vice President, Administration. In July 2010, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer of Sensient Technologies Corporation.

Prior to joining Sensient, he was regional CFO for Omnicare Inc. and a Senior Vice President at Carboline Company, a specialty coatings manufacturing company.

Mr. Pepper is a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and administration. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.
